A beautifully converted loft space houses classes in Chi Gung, T'ai Chi,
Pilates and Yoga, and the Wilbury School of Natural Therapy. The Wilbury
School offers part-time professional courses in (ITEC) holistic massage,
aromatherapy, reflexology, and sports (therapeutic) massage. Other accredited
courses include Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Advanced Lymphatic

ELECTROTHERAPY
The osteopaths and sports therapist have access to ultrasound therapy
which can be used to reduce inflammation and promote tissue healing. We
can give advice on using TENS machines for pain relief and EMS machines
for muscle rehabilitation. |
INSURANCE SCHEMES
Many private health policies will cover your osteopathic treatments.
Sometimes the insurance company require that you are referred by your
own GP, and need to see a particular nominated osteopath. Please check
with your insurers or us before starting treatment. |

REPORTS
With your permission we will liaise with your GP or consultant and if
requested will provide reports for solicitors or work places following
industrial or road traffic accidents.
X-RAYS
When necessary we can organise private x-rays or request to view previous
x-rays taken by the NHS.
LECTURES AND TALKS
We are available to undertake lectures and informal talks to local groups,
companies or sports clubs.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
Some companies find it cost effective to fully or partly pay for employees
treatment to minimise time lost from work. You will need to check with
your company's occupational health officer.
